It's the 11th Day...
...of the 11th month.
It's Veteran's Day. For some that means a day off of school or work, or a day with the banks closed, or the post office running very limited hours.
For others its a chance to remember those who were felled in battle for the safety and security of their country, or for the safety of someone else's homeland. Take a moment today and remember those souls, living or dead, who have served your country in the military. May those who are no longer with us be resting in a wonderful peace, and may those who are still with us live a long life. And may those who are still fighting the fights come home safely.
Amen.
