Go DD#2! She has her first track and field meet today. Long jump and 4x100m relay...
...for a 10 year old under 5 feet tall she's got an 8 foot long jump. I think that's pretty darn good.
American Idol comments: Syesha rocked last night. Jason Castro (Dreadhead) has got to go. Love love love Andrew Lloyd Webber and I think David Cook did a great job with 'Music of the Night'. Still love Carly and Brooke and going to hate to see anyone leave (except Jason).
Clinton won last night. Hooray for her - and she's gotten some much needed money coming in in order to soldier on to the remaining states. I'm amazed that it's still anyone's game at this point.
It's Denim Day - a day designed to raise awareness about sexual assault after an Italian court threw out a rape conviction in '99 because the victim was wearing very tight jeans (that she would have had to take off as they were so tight, and therefore consent was implied). I don't see how wearing jeans raises awareness or, for that matter, stop assaults...
...if someone's holding a knife or a gun to your throat, you're going to be doing what they say.
That's all for now. I'm trying to not sneeze my brain out my nose (allergies) and am trying to not let the room spin (I woke up that way and I didn't drink anything with alcohol last night).
